Hi, I’m Elsa, a passionate travel agent specializing in creating unforgettable cruise experiences for my clients.
My journey into travel began in 2010 when I first set foot on an airplane working as an Air Hostess. I was captivated by the idea of being in a new city each day, while working.
But then, in 2013, I stepped on a cruise ship for the first time. A cruise on the Royal Princess in the Caribbean took my heart and made me fall in love with cruising. This was the most special vacation as during this trip I got engaged to my wonderful husband. While becoming a mother to 3 beautiful children, I left the aviation world.
A few years later, the launch of the MSC World Europa in Qatar during the FIFA World Cup 2022 sparked my desire to help others explore the world on cruise ships.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting personalized cruise vacations and partnering with leading cruise lines to offer my clients the very best in cruising.
Now, as a mum and a cruise specialist, I feel the call to help families feel confident, excited and completely looked after as they set sail together.
